Storing Data Locally In Amazon S3? 

You need to create a bucket in Amazon S3. In order to do that, log into your AWS console and search for Amazon S3 under Storage & Content Delivery section. Choose your hosting country and click on the Create Bucket button (see image below). click on the Create Bucket button. Make sure you select permissions properly (Private or Public) if needed. It is recommended that you go with Public buckets as they are a more secure and user friendly option than Private buckets. In the case of public buckets anyone can access them, but if it is private only users with appropriate permissions will be able to access them.

Objects are files such as images or documents that are typically smaller than 5TB in size.
